The winery has been working with the Bulgarian variety Dimyat since 2013. Our idea is to show the many faces of the Dimyat variety and its potential to produce excellent wines. And producing a sweet wine has been a long-standing dream of ours. In 2021, we managed to make it come true.

The result of our long-standing experience with Dimyat, we dry-aged hand-picked grapes from a single 25-year-old vineyard for six months. This process concentrates the natural aromas and sweetness, which are perfectly balanced by the freshness of the variety, creating a complex and harmonious taste.
