Floral violet perfume tones, followed by black dried fruits – sour cherries, aronia and blackcurrants, accompanied by slightly smoky caramel.

Taste:

The taste is smooth, soft, juicy, fresh, strong, concentrated and spicy. The finish is dominated by cherry freshness and a sense of perfectly integrated oak.

An ideal combination for roasted red meats, game, soft cheeses, and desserts with dark chocolate.

Creating structure and depth

After cold maceration, the wine undergoes intensive fermentation with periodic pumping over and punching down of the cap to extract color, aroma, and tannins. The process concludes with malolactic fermentation and 24 months of aging in oak barrels, which build its complex structure, depth, and character.
