A-teen, or 18 months in oak barrels
Slow, even alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of the fermenting mass not higher than 16 degrees. After ¾ of the fermentation is completed, the wine is transferred to oak barrels, where it completes alcoholic fermentation and undergoes full malolactic fermentation.
