Rich, complex aroma with noticeable notes of black berries, basil, black pepper and earthy tones.
Taste:
Fresh and firm body with a balanced, slightly smoky finish. Notes of blueberries, resin and prunes.

It pairs wonderfully with tomato-based dishes, pasta, white meats and soft cheeses.
A modern approach to flavor extraction
The process begins with a 24-hour cold maceration, followed by a vigorous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is initiated with natural yeasts and completed with cultured ones. This approach was chosen to develop and highlight the wine's rich, fruity aromatic profile.
